About this deal

EasySubli is HTV that bridges the gap between sublimation and colored polyester, cotton, rayon, and many more is now available. EasySubli Heat Transfer Vinyl:

This is good because, again, your garments are not under heat and pressure for an excessive amount of time, possibly damaging them. But, perhaps even better, you’re saving tons of time doing transfers in half the usual time! After this blog post was first created, “Virtuoso Print Manager” has been updated to simply “Sawgrass Print Manager” or “Print Manager” and will be referred to as such or “PM” for the rest of this blog post. For the printed image, I am printing on regular sublimation paper with my sublimation printer using sublimation ink. EasySubli HTV can be applied at a lower temperature (311) vs traditional sublimation temperatures of 400 for a lesser amount of time Siser EasySubli mask is an essential part of using this product.Used for transferring multiple parts onto substrate and similar to transfer tape used with adhesive vinyl. Great for transferring text transfers. See how it’s used in videos below!Do I have to print on a Sublimation Printer with EasySubli HTV? Yes. Siser EasySubli can only be used with sublimation printers and sublimation inks. Yup it's print and cut....with the new Siser EasySubli printable Heat Transfer material using a sublimation printer and Silhouette cutting machine. I think the concept is a bit difficult to understand at first because it's not like traditional sublimation and there's already printable HTV on the market that you can use with your home inkjet printer - but EasySubli is where they collide. You are actually sublimating directly onto the heat transfer material rather than the final good - like a t-shirt. There are both pros and cons to this. I mentioned above that when using my Epson sublimation printer I have not had success printing directly onto the EasySubli paper. These are the issues I’ve had: First, there are are two different products here - they are complimentary but it's important to understand that they can be used together or independently.

You already know Siser® Glitter HTV can be sublimated, but what if you want to spare yourself the sparkle? Siser has the sublimation solution for you! Now offering, EasySubli®, the matte heat transfer vinyl that’s receptive to sublimation inks! Siser EasySubli HTV is the key to decorating colored polyester (excluding sublimated polyester garments) and cotton blends. Never be limited to white polyester again when you switch to EasySubli!I have to admit it took me months of talking directly with Sawgrass and Siser to fully understand this heat transfer vinyl-meets-sublimation product. All they had to do was tell me...Melissa, EasySubli is printable heat transfer material using a sublimation printer which results in sublimation-quality color prints that can be applied to cotton and darks!

That’s why it can’t be understated what an innovation being able to press sublimation transfers at 310°F is… your garments will thank you for it! Now before you go out and buy up the whole lot, there’s a few more things we recommend having on hand to achieve best results with EasySubli HTV. EasySubli HTV Companion ProductsAlso compatible with the Sawgrass Virtuoso SG800 (SG800 discontinued for SG1000) desktop sublimation printer. The EasySubli material is expensive! If you are going to try to print directly on the material, make sure you test it first. I printed on half a sheet to test the ink and the cut setting. It is possible, but not recommended or necessary that you flush the ink in a Sawgrass SG400 or Sawgrass SG800 to replace it with EasySubli inks. The reality is swapping inks isn't necessary - you can get just fine results using the sublimation inks you already have in your ink Sawgrass (or other) sublimation printer. Regular sublimation also needs to be applied at high temperatures for longer time periods (for example, 400°F for 45 seconds). Siser Easy Subli has a much shorter press and heat time of 310°F for 15 seconds (on a shirt). Regular transfers are generally pressed for 30 seconds, while Easy Subli transfers only need 15 seconds!

When used on light colored cotton shirts inkjet printable heat transfer materials transfer the ink into the fibers of the fabric, whereas EasySubli sits on top as a decal EasySubli Mask is not always necessary. Mask is only required when designs have multiple pieces that need to be kept in alignment. Select “Virtuoso Print Manager” (AKA “VPM”)* from the list of possible printers and wait for the Settings window to appear. This is a very important step! Sending to the VPM allows you to adjust the print profile. Selecting “Sawgrass SG400” instead of VPM is not recommended and can result in a saturated output that’s not ideal. EasySubli requires a sublimation printer which has a much higher price tag and start up cost than an inkjet printer

Upload your .jpeg or .png file and select “Simple”, “Moderately Complex”, or “Complex”depending on the level of detail in the image. Sublimation on a 100% Cotton T-Shirt with Siser® EasySubli® HTV, Sawgrass SG400, & Cricut Explore Air 2
